Our group of 15 travelers began their journey from Phoenix and San Diego, connecting through Dallas before landing in Costa Rica in the afternoon. From there, a scenic three-hour transfer brought us to Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa, nestled in the heart of La Fortuna.

Guests settled into their rooms and enjoyed a first glimpse of the resort’s iconic hot springs over welcome drinks. After a full day of travel, the group rested early, ready for the adventures ahead.

Guests spotted a mother and baby sloth and nocturnal wildlife, including the brilliant red tree frog. The night concluded with a home cooked meal, offering a true taste of Costa Rican culture.

Day 4: Journey to the Caribbean Coast

We traveled from La Fortuna to Manuel Antonio, experiencing Costa Rica’s diverse landscapes along the way. Stops for souvenirs and lunch made the journey enjoyable, and upon arrival, guests were thrilled with room upgrades boasting ocean views.

Day 6: Skydiving & Beach Relaxation

Adrenaline took center stage as some travelers went skydiving over Costa Rica’s incredible landscapes. Others enjoyed a relaxing day at the beach, riding jet skis, swimming, and exploring local shops. The evening concluded with sunset dinner at El Avión, combining spectacular views, vibrant atmosphere, and the perfect reflection on the journey so far.

Day 7: Catamaran Adventure & Farewell

The final full day brought a catamaran adventure along Costa Rica’s beautiful coast. Guests enjoyed wildlife sightings,

including whales and dolphins, great music, and lunch prepared onboard. Later, a group dinner at a local Thai restaurant reminded everyone that Costa Rica’s culinary scene is as impressive as its natural beauty. As the trip wrapped up, the group reflected on the shared experiences, new friendships, and unforgettable adventures that made this journey so special.
